Public speaking can be daunting for sure. It took me years of training and Workshops to reach a level that I was happy with. Through the PSE Summer Camps, we created a series of sessions, games and exercises that helped our project managers develop their public speaking skills for the four weeks that they would be leading their teams.
There are many tools and skills available on the internet as to what makes a good public speaker. But the BI Chart below to me points out the most important and applicable tools in order to become one.
